We're sorry to see you go, but if you're sure you want to delete your Karit account, we're here to help you through the process. Please note that while your account will be deactivated, some of your information will be retained for legal reasons.

Before You Delete

Before proceeding, here are a few important things to consider

Outstanding Rides

Make sure you don't have any active or upcoming rides. If you do, please cancel or complete them before proceeding

Profile Info

Take a moment to save any personal information, reviews, or preferences that you may want to keep for future use

Final Confirmation

Upon initiating the account deletion process, it is important to note that access to the Karit app will be permanently discontinued. The deactivation of your account will be completed within a timeframe of up to 90 days.

Please be advised that, for legal compliance, certain data will be retained. This may include usage data, such as ride information, which will be anonymized and utilized exclusively for analytical purposes. Rest assured that any retained data will be devoid of personally identifiable information.
